ESG at Enoc Fuels AV
Sustainability. Responsibility. Transparency.
At Enoc Fuels AV, we recognise that our responsibilities extend far beyond the delivery of aviation fuel. As a fully licensed and operational UK-based aviation fuel company, we understand the significance of our activities across environmental, social, and governance dimensions. These commitments are not merely aspirational statements; they are embedded in our operational practices, corporate governance, and interactions with our stakeholders.
We believe that providing aviation fuel in a compliant, safe, and commercially efficient manner must be matched by a commitment to sustainability, transparency, and long-term industry stewardship. As the aviation sector continues to evolve to meet emerging environmental and operational requirements, Enoc Fuels AV is aligning its practices with international best standards in emissions management, ethical governance, and stakeholder accountability.
Our approach to ESG reflects both our core business values and our obligations to regulators, clients, and the wider community, ensuring that our growth contributes to a sustainable and responsible aviation future.
Environmental Responsibility
Minimising Impact. Supporting Transition.
Enoc Fuels AV operates through infrastructure and processes designed to reduce environmental impact while maintaining operational efficiency. We prioritise sourcing aviation fuel from accredited UK refiners and coordinating delivery via airport-integrated fuel farms and hydrant networks. This method reduces reliance on road transport, lowers carbon emissions, and supports environmentally responsible operations in line with industry standards.
Every litre of fuel supplied under Enoc Fuels AV’s oversight meets internationally recognised specifications, including DEF STAN 91-091 and ASTM D1655, which govern fuel quality, handling, and operational safety. Fuel is delivered exclusively through controlled airport systems, with engineered safeguards and operational procedures minimising the risk of emissions, leakage, or contamination. All upstream and ground-handling partners are required to maintain full traceability, quality documentation, and emissions management evidence.
Enoc Fuels AV is actively preparing for the integration of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) into its operations, in alignment with the United Kingdom’s Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation (RTFO). While we do not operate refining facilities directly, we recognise the strategic importance of SAF in reducing lifecycle emissions and are building commercial and technical readiness to support its adoption as the market and infrastructure mature.
Although our direct emissions footprint is limited due to our operational model, all logistics and airport-based partners are required to maintain environmental certifications such as ISO 14001 or equivalent. These certifications ensure high standards of environmental management, which we regularly review across our supply chain.
Our environmental strategy focuses on two key areas: first, reducing operational emissions through airport-integrated delivery systems; and second, supporting long-term decarbonisation through SAF adoption, emissions transparency, and alignment with evolving environmental policy. These commitments are fully integrated into our operational frameworks, partner selection processes, and governance standards.
Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE)
Zero Harm. Total Accountability.
HSSE is at the core of everything we do at Enoc Fuels AV. We treat safety and environmental integrity not as regulatory obligations but as fundamental principles guiding every aspect of our business.
All fuelling operations are performed by airport-authorised operators holding required licences, insurances, and clearances, and who operate in strict accordance with national aviation regulations. We require all partners to comply with Joint Inspection Group (JIG) standards, IATA Fuel Quality Pool (IFQP) procedures, and airport-specific HSSE regulations.
We maintain zero tolerance for deviations from established safety protocols. Partners are contractually obliged to report any incidents, near misses, or operational irregularities within twenty-four hours. Documentation covering delivery records, filtration logs, and contamination control is rigorously maintained, with v retaining the right to audit at any time. Supply may be suspended immediately in the event of non-compliance.
Regular internal HSSE assessments ensure that operational practices and partner performance meet both regulatory and company standards. These reviews consider not only procedural compliance but also safety culture, incident response readiness, and risk management effectiveness. Our proactive approach ensures that zero-harm is actively managed through training, audits, and continuous improvement.
Since inception, Enoc Fuels AV has maintained a record of no HSSE breaches, reflecting the discipline, accountability, and commitment of our team.
Social Responsibility
Integrity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement.
We recognise that responsible operations extend beyond compliance to the manner in which we engage with our workforce, partners, and communities. Fully incorporated and operating in the United Kingdom, Enoc Fuels AV adheres to the highest standards of integrity, equality, and ethical business practice.
Our management and directors are UK-based and operate under rigorous standards of fitness and propriety. Compliance with the UK Bribery Act, the Equality Act, and the Companies Act forms the foundation of our corporate conduct. All employees are expected to act with honesty, avoid conflicts of interest, and exercise their duties responsibly.
We are committed to diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Enoc Fuels AV ensures equal opportunity recruitment, fair compensation, and safe working environments, with all employment functions directly managed in the UK to ensure statutory compliance.
Our operational presence at UK airports allows us to engage meaningfully with airport authorities, fuel farm operators, logistics partners, and regulatory teams. Structured training programmes, safety briefings, and awareness initiatives are designed to integrate social responsibility into everyday operational practices.
Through these measures, Enoc Fuels AV seeks to be more than a fuel supplier; we aim to be a trusted partner to the aviation sector and a responsible contributor to the communities we serve.
Governance and Transparency
Accountable Oversight. Robust Compliance.
Enoc Fuels AV operates within a governance framework that emphasises transparency, accountability, and legal compliance. Fully registered in England and Wales, the company is authorised by HMRC as a Registered Dealer in Controlled Oils (RDCO), ensuring full compliance with UK excise, tax, and reporting obligations.

Data governance forms a cornerstone of our compliance strategy. Enoc Fuels AV operates in full accordance with UK GDPR regulations, employing encrypted storage, controlled access, and strict breach management protocols. To date, we have maintained a record of zero data breaches.
